In 1980 I moved to Garland Close in Hemel Hempstead. This board-mounted photo of Hemel Hempstead town centre was left in the garage by a previous owner. I believe it was one of a set done for the Commission for the New Towns. (incidentally, the link to Terms of Use on the form submission page, does not work.)
