This man is the sadly late Brian Harris. He was quite a character. He even made an amateur comedy film which featured genuine footage of a house fire. Trouble was, it was his house. He won a special award for this. Two clubs he belonged to now compete in a comedy film competition in his memory. The clubs are Hemel Hempstead Movie Makers and St. Albans Movie Makers. Alan French.
